Blue Devil Banana Bread

1 c sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c sour cream
1 1/2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 c mashed bananas

Makes 1 large or 2 small loaves

Cream butter and sugar, lightly beat eggs and salt and mix in.
Mash bananas and mix in baking soda.
Mix banana mixture and butter/sugar mixture together.
Mix in sour cream.
Add flour in 1/2 c at a time - it will be very stiff.

Pour/spread into loaf pan(s) and bake at 350 for 60 minutes.
