HungryOne Goulash

2 cups stewed beef
16 oz rotel (1-2 cans, or 1 can and 1/2 can tomato paste)
1/2 c chopped celery
1/2 c chopped onion
1/2 c chopped sweet pepper
1/2 c chopped mushrooms
1/4 c chopped hungarian pepper
1/2 TBSP Hungarian Paprika
1 tsp granulated garlic
Salt & Pepper
Cavatappi Pasta

Saute the onion and mushroom, then add peppers and celery and cook another 3 minutes.
Dump the rest of everything in and simmer for 20-25 minutes.

Cook your pasta during the simmering time.

Serve over pasta with some nice bread.
