Emmy Lou's Sugar Cookies

1/3 c. shortening
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
2/3 c. honey
1 tsp vanilla
2 3/4 c. flour
1tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

You need to refrigerate the dough before you roll them out, I remember them being really sticky.
