1 lbs strawberries
8 oz blueberries
6 tangeloes
1 c vanilla greek yogurt
4 oz cream cheese
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp fresh ground ginger
Peel and section tangeloes, removing as much fiber as you can
Cut sections in half
Slice strawberries
Mix all fruit together
Soften cream cheese and blend well
Add yogurt, honey and ginger and blend until smooth (I use a food processor for this, it will be difficult in a mixer unless the cream cheese is very soft)
Combine dressing with fruit and serve.
