1 c warm water
2 tbsp sugar
1 pkg (2 3/4 tsp) yeast
1/4 c vegetable or olive oil
3 c flour
1 tsp salt
Put in bread machine on dough cycle
Proof in pan for 60 minutes
Bake @ 350ยบ for 30 minutes
Remove from oven and brush top with butter or olive oil while cooling
Makes 1 loaf
