Joe's Fettucine Alfredo

16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c grated parmesan
2 sticks butter, softened
1 c heavy cream
10 oz fettucini, cooked and drained
1/4 tsp grated fresh nutmeg

In a large saucepan, stir together cream cheese, parmesan, butter and cream.  Stir over low heat until smooth. Add hot pasta and toss until well covered.  Serve immediately, sprinkled with nutmeg.
