3 c confectioner's sugar
1 c butter
1 tsp vanilla
1-2 TBSP heavy cream (optional)
Whip it up with a mixer. Add cream if too dry.
Makes a LOT of frosting.
This frosting is good for sugar cookies, but has been found to be excellent for cakes, too.
